A ginger poultice can be used to relieve arthritis pain. Fresh ginger can be used in the poultice. If this is unavailable, powdered ginger is a good substitute.

A warm ginger poultice can be applied to painful joints to relieve arthritis pain. It can be used for both rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. It can also be used to treat injuries received in football or other sports.

Learning how to make a ginger poultice will help you to utilize the health benefits of ginger. Before using it, discuss it with your doctor.
